Paths Unknown, a meditative journey

What I was hoping to achieve with this piece was a deeper sense of creating. I started the process with a blank canvas. I had already chosen the color scheme and the tesserae. I listened carefully to the laying of each piece. Trying to hide my inner voice but to let the tesserae speak. Sometimes this experiment worked, other times not so much. I think it's OK for an artist not to impose strict guidelines, but to let the work evolve and yourself to evolve with it.
